yes teacher, this paper balloons are make in colombia too, mainly in Antioquia department, in Caldas, Envigado and medellin exist about five paper balloons teams. the paper balloons can fly during four hours.
it can fly thousands meters,because its flight depends on wind. yes it can transport people but its no the original idea,normally, it transport banners.
